Now Hiring for a Medical Receptionist for a large healthcare network for their practice in Lake Success. This is a fully ON SITE role. Job Duties: - Greet and Check in and Checkout patients. - Schedule appointments - Answer very busy phones. - Prep charts and confirm for the next day - Collect copays and patient balances. - Retrieve voice mails. - Verify eligibility - Obtaining referrals Office hours (will have 40hrs a week) Monday 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Wednesday 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday 9 a.m.-4 p.m Must have at least 1 year of medical receptionist, PSR, medical admin, or similar field experience Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Lake Success,NY.
