*Description*
Candidate must be open to working 7am-6pm and will be put on an 8 hour shift during that window of time * The CSR's will make outbound calls related to hail damaged automobiles. * They will work in a high-volume call center environment making and taking 100 -110 inbound/outbound calls from insurance members with damaged automobiles. These calls will last 3-5 mins each. * The purpose of the call is to contact an insurance member, help them with their hail claim and schedule their repair. * These CSR's will schedule an estimate for damage with an adjustor and walk the claimant through the process to get their automobile repaired timely. * They will explain the program from estimate, repair scheduling, auto repairs, rental car, etc. * Not only will calls me made and received but they will also answer questions via website-chat as well. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
