Job Overview: The Controlled Fluidics Engineering Manager must have strong expertise in CNC programming and will lead an engineering team focused on precision-machined plastic components and fluidic manifolds. This role is critical in driving the development, optimization, and execution of CNC programming strategies to support single-layer and multilayer bonded fluidic systems. Typical markets served include high growth life sciences, environmental, aerospace/defense and other high-tech markets. The core engineering team is in Wallingford, CT, however, provides technical support to a 2nd manufacturing location in Milford, NH and Global Account Management, Sales and Service across the globe. This team will oversee existing product capabilities (precision machined plastics, bonded manifolds), ensuring that they remain competitive in their markets or channel by maintaining product performance, reliability, and profitability throughout the product life cycle. Responsible for day-to-day activities of manufacturing engineering, design/R&D, regulatory, quality support and sustaining engineering. Responsibilities:

MIP/LIP Eligible Role: The pay range for this role is $99,000 - $156,000 excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
