Supply Chain Planner Support Position Summary: The Supply Chain Planner Support is responsible on assisting in the coordination, planning, and execution of supply chain activities to guarantee timely delivery of products and services. This role is crucial in supporting the supply chain planning team by ensuring smooth operations and efficient supply chain processes. The position works closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely operations. Responsibilities: Production Planning:
- Represent logistics in communicating production requirements to the conventional toner and photoconductor manufacturing floor.
- Monitor manufacturing production against ship requirements and needs. Coordinate with schedulers.
- Monitor all production claims match in all systems: SAP, MII, SecureCRT, etc.
- Verify all production orders are properly maintained, adjusted, and closed to ensure financial accuracy. Communicate information to forecasting and scheduling person(s) to help verify a smooth manufacturing process is maintained.
- Assist the forecasting and scheduling person(s) as directed.
- Work with various IT and MASE programmers to improve the interface between all systems and help resolve issues
Logistics:
- Establish weekly ship schedule (quantity, packaging configuration, destination, ship date and method)based on production order.
- Prepare shipment paperwork (pick list, HU, weights). Verify correct transfer pricing for financial measurements. Coordinate with schedulers.
- Coordinate any return material for rework, scrap, or dollar credit. Return PO set-up.
- Coordinate MISC raw material shipments to Juarez to optimize trailer and container requirements.
- Track outbound shipments and deliveries are accurate and complete for financial concerns and measurements.
- Work with dock employees cooperatively to complete shipment requirements.
- Individual is the primary backup for Dock Personnel - must be able to load and unload shipments using suitable material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Inventory Management:
- Verify and monitor PC drum manufacturing inventories for accurate FTZ control
- Adjust production order consumption of raw materials as needed to maintain proper manufacturingfloor inventory integrity.
- Investigate and resolve production order variances. Work with manufacturing management to understand causes of variances.
- Work with quality personnel to ensureaccurate and timely changes to the quality status of materials in all systems
- Assistance in the analyzing of current tools to minimize manual input (ex: PPV Variance, In-transit Inv...) and business control concerns (ex: QA hold).
- Coordinate the physical quarantine of"on hold" finished goods. Work with Quality Engineering and scheduler to dispose of "on hold" material.
- Lead quarterly warehouse blind counts of shipping/receiving, manufacturing, warehouse and trailer locations
Experience:
- Manufacturing experience and previous supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
- Understanding inventory control, shipping/receiving, production planning, and manufacturing execution
- Forklifts and other dock equipment operations experience.

Other Requirements:
- Responsibilities occasionally require an adjusted work schedule, overtime and evening/weekend hours
- Must meet the requirements to work in a U.S. Foreign Trade Zone and must pass additional screening to obtain FTZ Identification Card (as defined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection)
Salary Range:
- $20.19 - $33.17 per hour based on relevant experience, training, and education.
