Come join our team as a Receptionist at Coachella Valley Behavioral Health! As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing general clerical duties in support of serving patients. Saturday/Sunday 7 AM to 3 PM

Salary Range: $23.00/hour DOE

Shift: This is a PRN position, working hours as available (could be any day of the week from 7 AM to 7 PM)

Coachella Valley Behavioral Health, a new premier inpatient treatment center for adults age 18 and older, is opening soon and will set the standard for nursing care in behavioral health. Our 80-bed hospital offers comprehensive training, dynamic leadership, and personalized support so you can achieve your greatest potential.

Receptionist (AKA Administrative Clerk) responsibilities include:



  • Responsible for handlingfront office receptionand general administrative duties.
  • Serves visitors, vendors and other outside guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
  • Notify facility personnel of visitor's arrival.
  • Maintain security by following established procedures including monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges, if required.
  • Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
  • Handle facility inquiries and provide general information.
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
  • Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:



  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
