Position Overview:

Impyrian is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator to support a critical IT project for a government client. This role involves the administration, enhancement, and maintenance of SharePoint environments, providing robust solutions to meet organizational needs, and ensuring compliance with Section 508 standards. This position is contingent upon contract award, and selected candidates will be required to sign a letter of commitment.

Position Title: SharePoint Administrator (Contingent Upon Award)

Location: Remote (with periodic support to the DC office location)

Clearance Requirement: Public Trust with MBI. Requires US citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:

* SharePoint Administration:

o Provide, maintain, and enhance tools and applications to support account and change management, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

o Manage and monitor SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.

o Oversee configurations, updates, and customizations in SharePoint to meet user needs and organizational requirements.

o Develop and execute strategies for site provisioning, data migration, and permissions management.

* Reporting and Dashboards:

o Create executive dashboards, charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data to identify trends and communicate key insights.

* Section 508 Compliance:

o Develop, update, and maintain Section 508 compliance processes and documentation, ensuring adherence to federal standards and best practices.

o Work directly with business analysts and developers to translate functional requirements into executable test cases.

o Perform compliance testing and contribute to documentation for Section 508 standards.

Qualifications:

* Educational Background:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management (IM), Information Technology, or a related field.

o Minimum 8 years of SharePoint Administration experience, including at least 2 years of Section 508 compliance and testing experience.

* Technical Expertise:

o Proven experience in SharePoint site design, administration, and maintenance.

o Experience creating dashboards and reporting tools for executive stakeholders.

* Preferred Skills:

o Familiarity with Tableau, JAWS, WAVE, and other Section 508 compliance tools.

o Experience with Agile methodologies and robotic process automation (RPA).
