TSC is a growing leader in aerospace and defense, and we are excited to expand our team with the addition of a Technical Recruiter. This role will play a key part in attracting top talent and supporting one or more corporate functions and/or divisions.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide full lifecycle recruiting support for engineering and corporate positions
  • Develop relationships with passive and active candidates for current and future needs.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and professionalism
  • Utilize Workday ATS to track candidates and maintain accurate records.
  • Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to source talent
  • Collaborate with recruiting stakeholders to understand business groups and their specific needs.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and interview processes to stay competitive

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical and corporate recruiting, ideally within a government contracting environment.
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday ATS experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Proven ability to multitask across various business areas and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working remotely but must within DC metro area, with flexibility to travel to the office or attend events as needed.
  • Willingness to travel for career fairs and recruiting events as required.
