Enterprise Insurance and Claims Specialist

We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail to assist in product liability claims and litigation processes. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.

The ideal candidate understands building construction and products, including materials, methods, codes, and testing. You should also have a general knowledge of liability insurance, the legal system, and principles of product liability litigation. If this sounds like you, we invite you to apply.

Manage and maintain jurisdictional license requirements for home improvement licenses and other related licenses.

• Assist internal and external attorneys and claim administrators with specific case needs relating to Marvin products.

• Lead Marvin's change request ticketing systems: assign tickets, ensure they are up to date, and set up monthly ticket analytics for leadership.

• Analyze and report on resource management and legal metrics on an established schedule and provide specialized reporting upon request.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills

• Excellent communication, judgment, and decision-making skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree or at least five years of working experience in an insurance, claims and/or legal department

• Experience with risk management information systems in claims management and data output to identify effective risk management practices.
