Description

Medica's Director of Individual Family Business (IFB) Marketing is responsible for strategic leadership, marketing campaign optimization, brand awareness campaign development and delivery, as well as campaign development and execution of B2C marketing campaigns to drive increased brand awareness and support sales growth.

Key Accountabilities:



  • Collaborate & align with product and market leadership on strategic priorities to develop & deliver effective go to market and partnership campaigns to strengthen Medica's brand and value.
  • Deliver operational efficiencies and best in class solutions through automation, process improvements and data-driven practices to optimize ROI & reduce administrative costs
  • Lead, develop and build data driven team of marketing professionals
  • Develop reporting dashboards, identify and measure key KPIs monthly and develop & deliver on action plans for continuous improvement



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 10+ years related experience
  • 5+ years health care, sales and/or regulated industry experience
  • 5+ years B2C marketing leadership experience, individual and Family plan experience a plus
  • Demonstrated experience leading, managing and coaching high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Product marketing leadership experience a plus
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and creative experience developing and delivering cost effective campaigns with positive ROI
  • Strong financial and analytical background with extensive experience managing & optimizing KPIs and presenting campaign results to leadership



This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Minnetonka, MN, Madison, WI or Omaha, NE - for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.

The full salary range for this position is $127,800 - $219,00. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
