Position Summary Working with fellow Cooks, and based on guidelines from a Kitchen supervisor, the Cook will plan for and prepare three daily nutritious meals and one snack for the residents. The Cook will also maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas. Additionally, the Cook will assist with ordering and inventory. In addition, we also transport meals to our Hope Harbor Watts location. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Minimum Qualifications

Experience
Must be TB cleared prior to working and possess a CPR and First Aid Certificates. (required)
Must be a certified food handler under the California Safety Code 97-0071. (required) Knowledge of Health Dept. sanitation (required) Ability to place orders and calculate inventories for production. (required) Licenses & Certifications
Driver's License (required)
