- Join our dynamic team at the Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) as a full-time Human Resources Assistant. With over four decades in the industry, ACP is widely recognized as a leader in addressing mental health concerns in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
- Associated Clinic of Psychology is hiring a full-time professional, resourceful, and skilled Human Resources Assistant to assist the HR team with various projects and tasks. This person needs to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confidential working relationships with management, clinical staff, administrative staff, and clients must be maintained in carrying out the position's requirements. Must exercise sound judgment and discretion, and demonstrate initiative, loyalty, cooperation, and dependability when performing assigned tasks and responsibilities.

- Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Assist the HR team with various projects/tasks
- Process and maintain employee benefit enrollments, demographic changes for HR records, medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement
- File paper and electronic HR forms and documents
- Prepare and process new hire and termination paperwork
- Assist with Recruitment and Onboarding processes
- Create and maintain employee files for assigned divisions
- Assist with managing annual staff training and compliance requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent required; BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field with relevant coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience required; 1 year preferred
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products - Word and Excel
- Ability to learn and adapt to internal software programs required
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction/supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow successful interaction with all areas of the organization
- Demonstrates a "can-do" spirit, a sense of optimism, ownership, and commitment
- Logical and critical-thinking individual

Starting Pay: $21 - $24 hourly. Actual compensation may vary as determined by education, experience, and skillset.
