About This Opportunity:
The Sales Operations Analyst will ensure data and processes are positioned to support Go-to-Market teams and strategies. This role leverages order management systems, Salesforce.com and other tools to accurately assign billings transactions and track sales performance - while providing meaningfully analysis leading to informed decisions. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Sales & Finance and leverage analytical expertise to translate business needs into actionable insights.

What Will You Do?
- Accurately assign billings revenue across multiple sales motions to pay commissions.
- Assists in the execution and administration and providing analytical support for a variety of compensation policies
- Generate regular and ad hoc sales and compensation reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Resolve sales and attainment related disputes from field teams.
- Maintain database accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness.
- Create Salesfore.com reporting and Tableau dashboards to visualize billings and account details.
- Administer SPIFF incentives - reporting on payments and incentive effectiveness.
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment
Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in analytics.
- Preferred 1+ years Sales Operations/Revenue experience
- High proficiency in Excel. Experience with Salesforce.com and Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage large Excel files. Excel Modeling experience a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to respond to inquiries by sales members.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing work priorities and meet required deadline
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees including team members, management, and sales representatives

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
* $100,400 - $150,600
