Division Finance Director
We are currently seeking a Division Finance Director (DFD) to support our Consumer Goods and Services Division within Americas Work Dynamics business. The DFD role is focused on providing clear strategic direction, being a trusted business partner to the Division President, influencing better commercial outcomes, providing strong financial & operational governance, provide timely and accurate reporting.This role will collaborate across multiple business lines to provide best-in-class Finance support and solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Impactful Business Partnering
Serve as a trusted Advisor for Account Finance Leaders, Account Directors, and Division President by proactively providing advice and decision support on business strategy and overall financial and operational optimization opportunities.
Provide proactive analysis and commentary on business performance that demonstrates a strong understanding of the industry and end-market segments. Summarize key conclusions and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Provide guidance related to contracting commercial models, pricing, and operational processes of the business.
Support Finance Leads with Commercial Management of their accounts including identification of margin improvement opportunities, tracking contractual risk, balance sheet controls, and client dispute resolution.

Compliance, Controls & Processes
Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislations including the evolution ofcontrols to supportWork Dynamics SOC1 attestations.
Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet by carrying out regular reviews and addressing any weaknesses.
Monitor, and manage adherence to policies and procedures and manage any outsourced functions (including JBS, JLLT.).
Support Finance Leads to actively manage working capital on their accounts.
Identify control weaknesses and implement appropriate measures to remedy them. Seek out methods and practices to eliminate/minimize financial risks, including new and sunsetting accounts.
Collaborate with Accounts to ensure efficiency in all workstreams and to help the team drive continuous improvement in all current and future processes.

Reporting
Work closely with Account Finance Leaders and Account Directors to ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting by the client, JLL, and regulatory requirements and timelines.
Lead the forecasting and annual budgeting processes within the Division by providing high quality and insightful analysis that demonstrates financial leadership, and best practices and drives strong financial performance.
Manage actual versus budget, and prior-year trending, analysis for the subregions monthly. Support Direct Reports, on challenging operations teams to deliver on revenue opportunities and tightly control the cost base to deliver sustainable improvements.

Talent Management
Work closely with the Human Resource team to track internal and external bench, assess Divisional needs, and align annual talent management priorities (e.g., Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Career Development).
Manage resources (HR, Bench, SMEs) to support hiring efforts, transformation, stabilization, performance management, diversity, and other JLL initiatives.
Build a collaborative, team-based, learning environment amongst all of WD Finance.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7+ years of relevant business experience in the process.
Experience in the consumer goods and services industries is highly preferred for this position. We also welcome candidates with transferable skills from adjacent sectors who can demonstrate a keen understanding of consumer-driven markets and trends.
Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance with Accounting Experience; MBA and CPA preferred.
Strong understanding of internal JLL financial structures and accounts and managing this data using Tableau
Audit and SOX and SOC1 experience.
5+ years of supervisory experience; must have trained, coached and evaluated staff.
Experience managing client-facing finance teams; Ability to balance client needs with internal priorities, policies, and procedures.
System implementation and project management experience.
Experience managing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including oversight of complex accounting processes and control measures.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills coupled with excellent communication skills
A robust and detailed approach to tasks with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude and the ability to quickly respond to colleagues and clients.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
Comprehends and analyzes various scenarios and implements the best option for the organization
