We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Costpoint Administrator to join our team. Job Summary: The Costpoint Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Deltek Costpoint ERP system. This role involves ensuring the system's integrity, supporting end-users, and optimizing system performance to meet the company's financial and operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the Deltek Costpoint ERP system, including user setup, security, and configuration. Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure efficient use of the system. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures. Perform regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Assist in the development and implementation of system-related policies and procedures. Support month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring timely and accurate data processing. Generate and distribute reports to support business operations and decision-making. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and Costpoint. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems. Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint accounting and manufacturing modules, including MRP processes. Knowledge of SQL and experience with IBM Cognos reports.
