About the Role

In this opportunity as a Senior AI Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts focusing on large and high growth opportunity accounts.
  • Assist with building out a customer success department for an exciting new AI product in an evolving industry with a nimble team within the Thomson Reuters umbrella.
  • Be a strategic partner for accounting firms' investment into AI and act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on AI capabilities and new features.
  • Conduct business reviews to share insights, track KPIs, and drive strategic conversations.
  • Proactively monitor customer adoption and usage metrics, addressing risks or opportunities.
  • Partner with customers to create tailored success plans that align with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales on opportunities, ensuring a seamless process for cross-department adoption, retention and expansion.

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background matches the following:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. Comfortable running meetings with C-Suite executives.
  • Public accounting experience preferred (audit or tax) - can be replaced with proficient CS experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered tools or enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms is a plus.
  • Travel may be required.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $165,340 - $307,060. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
