As a Private Client Services Project Manager in the Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will drive and support the delivery of large and complex initiatives using a variety of methodologies and will be expected to share your experienced perspective. Your scope will include a range of projects across Capital Group Enterprise - inclusive of business, process, and organizational change efforts. You will ensure outcomes for the projects are clear, executive support exists for our initiatives, effective prioritization is being applied, work is sequenced properly, and key accountabilities are understood and adopted. You will partner with business leaders in the Private Client Services (PCS) and Enterprise Change Office (ECO) colleagues to deliver results.
This position is available in both our Los Angeles and Irvine office, please note, if based out of Irvine, the expectation is that until you are well established, you can expect to be in the Los Angeles Office once a week. In addition, we are operating off of a hybrid schedule therefore, you are required to work in office three days a week. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
