Job Description: Office Location: SCOPE/CONTACTS: Incumbent is primarily responsible for developing, underwriting, and servicing loans for small businesses and individuals qualifying through the Small Business Administration (SBA). The incumbent prospects new clients, develops and deepens existing relationships to grow the Bank's loan and deposit portfolio. The incumbent will be expected to use their credit expertise to evaluate loan opportunities with sound credit judgment, build and maintain a portfolio of high-quality profitable relationships consistent with the Bank's strategic and financial objectives. The SBA Business Development Officer will bring deals through the approval and closing process working with the appropriate internal teams (loan operations, credit and underwriting, portfolio management, etc.). Incumbent should have excellent communication and human relation skills and attend a variety of social situations in representing the Bank. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
