Job Description

Main responsibilities are for performing preventative maintenance and repair for semiconductor equipment. Interfaces with Equipment Engineers and area Manager to identify and resolve equipment issues supporting production. Participate in the activities of the area shift pass-downs, and work on set priorities based on production requirements.

This Job Is For You If
  • You have proven expertise in performing Preventative Maintenance tasks, and rebuilding assemblies
  • You can assist in analyzing and resolving recurring maintenance problems. Perform technical servicing of semiconductor production and support equipment.
  • You can participate in activities to develop, document, and improve existing semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems; working from procedures, blueprints, sketches, drawings, and diagrams.
  • You can interface with, vendor, Senior Technicians, and Engineers to support resolving equipment specific issues.
  • You can follow maintenance and safety procedures
  • You can recommend equipment improvement and interface with engineering as required
  • You can participate and lead/direct ERT/Safety events, during the absence of supervision.
  • You can ensure all required parts are on order, and follow up as required to minimize equipment down time
  • You can display proper judgment in resolving problems and carrying out assignment and making recommendations
Job Requirements
  • Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Electronics or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
