Financial Analyst Description Job Description S/4 Migration is a global project across multiple regions with region specific CAPEXs. Analyst will oversee the financial operations of the S/4 Migration Program, work cross functionally with value-stream teams (located NA and internationally), and finance group on managing budget/forecast versus actual performance, track external contracts, purchase orders, and invoice payment, staffing confirmation (internal and external) and tracking. Tracking H/WBS projects and forecasting spend vs actuals vs budget to ensure team is on target. Identifying any risks and opportunities in project forecast vs. actuals / budget. Tracking purchase orders for vendors. Tracking invoices to ensure they are hitting against SOWs/WO's in Fieldglass or Selectica. Work with accruals and forecasting for budgets. Work with value stream leads/POCs to ensure correct forecasting and invoicing is done in a timely manner. Accessing MyBuy and SAP S/4 Hana to track and retrieve information as needed. Investigate invoice past due, other items as needed. Ensure payment distribution. Working with the cross functional teams to ensure charges are being received/met. Working in a dashboard to manage projects (done in Excel). Systems Used: Excel PowerPoint S/4 Hana MyBuy Upon Others Must Have Skills: Have an understanding of invoicing against contracts. Advanced Excel Skills (model, macro, and formula) Financial Analytics Reconciliation Ability to work with cross functional teams Additional Skills & Qualifications Adhere to all policy, procedures and deliverables required. 2-5 years of experience in the above skills.
