Farnsworth Group is seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Administrator to be based in our St. Louis, MO office. The ERP Administrator designs, develops, and implements process solutions and enhancements to existing solutions; works with technical resources and end users to transform business requirements into data solutions; maintains/improves system configurations; coordinates software upgrades with appropriate staff; gathers and assists with requirements documentation; defines and configures data fields; develops, tests and implements data transformations, data migrations and/or data conversions; and prepares user documentation related to the financial software used by the company.
Job Activities:
The following duties are typical of the position, but not all encompassing


  • Work with IT staff to support integrations and upgrades to software including managing and performing testing of upgrades from a system and end-user perspective.
  • Develop, monitor and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain users and security in accordance with policy.
  • Identify and recommend product customizations or enhancements to meet known business needs
  • Participate in internal business design meetings and activities involving multiple internal groups (e.g., Project Management, Accounting, HR, Business Development, Marketing, IT) to support cross-functional goals and initiatives.
  • Work with technical resources and end users to design and implement processes to support new business requirements including testing process from a system and end-user perspective.
  • Prepare user documentation.
  • Conduct training for new hires, new project managers, and new section/group leaders on financial systems.
  • Works closely with ERP vendor (Deltek) to troubleshoot system issues, which may include running scripts, sending copy of database for review and other troubleshooting efforts


Specific Requirements include:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically with 5+ years supporting an ERP Application
  • Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience preferred
  • Experience in MS Office 365, including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Understanding of finance/accounting processes
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff
