Job Objective: Responsible for the daily warehouse operations that support branch and corporate goals while satisfying the needs of the customer in an efficient and courteous manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.
- Distributor Sales: Specify and quote products, deliver training, field travel with distribution representatives.
- Private Label Sales: Uncover opportunities for private label products, managing customer forecasting and packaging needs, delivering current specified product or developing custom-formulated product.
- Direct Original Equipment Manufacturing Customers: Actively manage OEM accounts, the specific approval process to supply goods, develop supply and pricing contracts and coordinate inventory requirements with operations personnel internally.
- Custom Toll Blending: Determine opportunities that meet internal RelaDyne custom blending requirements. Qualify the opportunities for all-inclusive toll and contract blending

Human Resources Management
- Provide communication and motivational techniques in supervising, coaching, and disciplining associates
- Actively participate in the training of all associates on relevant areas
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and quarterly performance updates
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Support and enforce corporate policies and initiatives
- Manage weekly work schedule and labor costs of associates to avoid excess overtime
Warehouse
- Assist purchasing manager with maintaining inventory levels on stock products
- Manage all repacked inventory to min/max levels including completing data entry/posting in system
- Print labels for all repackaged products, tanks, as needed
- Train and supervise warehouse personnel ensuring company procedures are met and followed
- Manage and audit all warehouse functions and processes to ensure compliance and accountability
- Review and ensure accuracy for all shipping and receiving activities
- Ensure accurate inventory allocation and product organization throughout the warehouse
- Review and manage inventory transfers and movement as they apply to the warehouse
- Assist operations manager with all cycle counts and full physical inventory counts
- Maintain good relations between warehouse and sales teams, ensuring all functions communicate effectively
- Assist purchasing manager with all defective items and product returns
- Maintain (OSHA) compliant working environment for all associates
- Manage inventory rotation to FIFO standards
Delivery/Drivers
- A valid CDL B license is strongly preferred
- Provide and implement effective training for lubricant delivery drivers as needed
- Set standards & measurements for effective routing of deliveries
- Set, implements and manage healthy Customer Loyalty behaviors within the delivery driver group
- Manage and audit bulk loading/unloading processes to ensure compliance and accountability
