If so, you may be a perfect fit to join the Information Technology - Process Design & Development Team! As a team, we have changed the way USU functions using the ServiceNow platform. We are now looking to expand our services to include a suite of workflow, document, AI and other tools within the Box.com (Box) platform. Adding the Box suite of tools to our services will allow us to enhance and improve existing, as well as new processes throughout the University. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Process Designer / Developer (Programmer/Analyst). This role will focus primarily on understanding and leveraging the Box platform but also involves gaining knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow platform. If you are self-driven, eager to learn and apply yourself, and work well as a member of a team, we encourage you to apply.
