Position Summary: We're looking for a spirited Copywriter with conceptual chops, punchy copy, and an eagerness to work with and learn from fellow creatives. This role's primary responsibilities include developing and selling in big campaign ideas, generating creative marketing tactics, and writing everything from website copy to branded micro-films for several large clients. Responsibilities: Write engaging copy in a wide variety of tones for a wide variety of audiences. Tell a compelling story in four words or 4000. Ability to write scroll-stopping copy for digital and social and ear-catching voice-over for audio-only and video spots. (i.e., you can write for all mediums.) Capable of working alone or with a large team to arrive at solutions. Contribute easy-to-buy AND out-of-the-box ideas to brainstorms. Follow a brief and ensure work is on strategy. Stay on top of industry and cultural trends. SKILLS/DESIRED TRAITS: Solid writing/spelling/grammatical skills. Organization, communication, and presentation skills. Insatiable curiosity. Conceptual. (i.e., can develop big campaign ideas, not just executions.) Ability to thoughtfully digest feedback and find creative solutions to answer said feedback. Takes detailed notes in meetings and when receiving feedback. Comfortable working in PowerPoint. Desire to make a mark on the agency and industry at large. Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience Must have a portfolio of work samples.
