The Condition Monitoring Consultant will assume superior support in the provision of conditional monitoring, problem solutions, and service marketing programs as needed by the company personnel and customers.
What You Will Do in This Role:
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the condition monitoring program.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing the processes to provide the proper data aggregation, correlation and recommendations to drive measurable incremental service work.
  • Effectively manage equipment enrolled under Fleet Services Contracts and Total Maintenance and Repair Contracts.
  • Ensuring all maintenance and repairs for equipment are completed to maintain the equipment in good operating condition.
  • Make and communicate effective repair recommendations to Foley owned equipment.
  • Ensure proprietary protections on confidential material.
  • Assist with, conduct, or implement training when needed.
  • Organize and administer conditional monitoring information for distribution to those in need.
  • Monitor equipment data, fluid analysis, inspections, repair history and site conditions and utilize information to formulate recommendations.
  • Manage oil sample program, analyze and communicate results.
  • Identify performance, process, and other expense problems and resolve.
  • Negotiate internally with others to help ensure dealership services meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Help resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Travel and work varying hours as business needs arise.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Associate's degree preferred, at least three years of related experience, or a combination of both.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn to effectively use company software.
  • Ability to think and act strategically
  • Capable of teaching new skills and knowledge.
