This Opportunity:

Palladium is seeking
a Global Program Manager, Ethics, Risk and Compliance to join the Global
Ethics, Risk and Compliance team. The
position will be a key member of Palladium's Ethics, Risk and Compliance
department and responsibilities will include implementing and supporting global
programs and initiatives that will support the organization's commitment to an
ethical, legal and compliant culture.

Location and Compensation:

The position
is based in either Palladium's Washington
D.C., London, or Brisbane office.

Reporting Lines:

This role will report to the Senior Director, Ethics, Risk and Compliance (based in Washington, DC).

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of Palladium's integrity hotline and third-party risk management processes and tools
  • Collaborate with the team to develop, revise and train on ethics, risk and compliance topics and facilitate workshops for employees
  • Assist in developing and executing on communication plans to ensure consistent application of ethics and compliance policies and processes
  • Lead and conduct investigations and partner with human resources, finance and security teams to ensure timely completion of investigations and remediation plans
  • Prepare detailed reports for management and the Board on Palladium's program updates and investigation findings
  • Support the implementation of Palladium's global enterprise risk assessment and risk mitigation planning and strategy
  • Oversee the management of Palladium's risk registers including supporting mitigation testing for corporate and projects risks, compliance with client requirements and implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Continuously monitor the internal and external environment for emerging risks, trends in data and metrics and make recommendations for program updates
  • Lead and conduct fraud and misconduct monitoring activities including risk identification, program enhancements and data analytics
  • Support the building of the control environment for anti-bribery and corruption including automated systems for G&H, approvals for exceptions, fraud policy controls and mitigation.
  • Manage ethics and compliance risk with third parties and suppliers including conducting due diligence, training and workflow mitigation and approval activities.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of compliance audit and monitoring activities in relation to the global anti bribery and corruption program and third-party risk management
  • Assist on various projects to ensure Palladium's policies and program are fully implemented and effective
  • Travel may be required from time to time (no more than 10% of time) and the individual must be able to work across global time zones

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in global ethics and compliance
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while working independently to achieve program goals in close coordination with functions within the organization
  • Experience handling ethics and compliance investigations and supporting the development of relevant policies and processes
  • Excellent analytical capabilities as demonstrated by strong written, oral and presentation skills
  • Ability to support the building and enhancement of risk management tools and processes and experience conducting global risk assessments
  • Experience in learning management systems and developing and implementing global compliance training and communication programs
  • Creative mind with an aptitude for developing robust training and communications content for employees in global settings
  • Strong project management experience and organizational skills
  • Experience in leading change management efforts including assessing and developing compliance program enhancements and updates
  • Data analytics and experience in using technology tools to manage compliance programs
  • Excellent judgment, business acumen and professional presence
  • Track record and experience with case intake and implementing a third-party risk management and disclosure management tool
  • Highly motivated to continue learning, growing and innovating as a compliance professional and expert
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% and be flexible with work across global time zones

Desired Criteria:

  • Law degree/legal qualifications preferred
  • Language capabilities including Spanish would be preferred
