About the team:

Join the FIS Automated Finance team as a Senior Implementation Consultant, to support implementation work of our BillerIQ solution. Our vision for the Automated Finance team is to enable our customers to easily implement and support a robust suite of financial solutions into their office of the CFO, so they can satisfy their customer needs, business goals and differentiate themselves from their competitors.

About the role:

You will be a key resource in our Client Success organization. Beyond this, you will help shape the implementation experience and work hand in hand with engagement, operations, and support peers to provide best in class services and experiences to our customers and users.

What you will be doing:

Support Distributor implementation teams in setting up and configuring new BillerIQ web and IVR EBPP payment sites.Typical tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a subject matter expert and consultant in support of the Distributor implementation team.
  • Provide guidance to the Distributor on how the payment site is to be configured in order to satisfy the biller's business requirements.
  • Coordinate with other team members to complete project deliverables.
  • Attend ad hoc meetings/conference calls with clients in support of planning or to resolve issues.
  • Attend regularly scheduled conference calls with clients in order to provide status updates.
  • Work with the Project Manager to deliver a complete Distributor integration solution.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts that lead to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform general site testing and check-out tasks where appropriate to prevent issues at go-live.
  • Take full ownership for implementation success
  • Troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues associated with implementations.
  • Complete billing profile for new billers and support other post-live activities.
  • Exercise testing and certification activities in support of change control process.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing implementation, software deployment, project coordination or technical support role
  • General knowledge of credit card and ACH processing requirements and systems preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to serve as a liaison between technology and business teams
  • Strong technical and analytical skills and a capacity to quickly learn system functionality and internal processes
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast, rapidly changing environment
  • Track record of showing initiative and driving process improvements

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
