We have a Senior Project Manager position available in our Eden Prairie, MN office. This person will provide team leadership in delivering automation solutions for a wide variety of industries. This position requires demonstrated project management proficiency in delivering successful automation solutions involving PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms. Major Responsibilities: This position requires the ability to effectively manage the scope, schedule, and budget of automation system projects of varying size and complexity. The candidate will lead by example and have a keen awareness of meeting customer expectations while achieving business and financial goals. The candidate must have the ability to conceptualize, detail, and implement control systems for industrial processes and machinery that meet our customer's requirements. This candidate must have a diverse engineering skill set with the ability to provide technical leadership of automation solutions. The preferred candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and work to achieve excellence in project execution methodology. Management Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and activities of a project(s) ranging in size from $250k to $2.0M +. Responsibilities include ensuring the overall profitability of the project.
Engineering Responsibilities: This position may be responsible for the implementation of conceptual design and technical review of projects. This includes both internal design efforts and client reviews.
Technical Abilities:
Marketing Responsibilities: Identify sales opportunities, confidence to suggest scope changes with justifications, ability to network across targeted industries and assist with sales quotation development. Job Requirements:
