Nature and Scope The Senior Director, Head of American Regent Medical Department (ARMD) Operations is a key leadership position within the Medical Affairs & Clinical Development teams, supporting both human and animal health portfolio. This individual will ensure that resources are aligned with critical priorities, SOPs, and guidance's. The Senior Director will lead ARMD Operations, driving key initiatives focused on innovation, operational excellence, prioritization, and resource optimization. This role involves facilitating cross-departmental alignment, providing critical analytics and insights, and supporting the development of both short- and long-term business strategies. The Senior Director will also be responsible for governance, business planning, talent and culture development with in the ARMD team by working closely with HR and overseeing strategic events throughout the year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. * Serve as a strategic thought partner to the ARMD Leadership Team (LT), proactively identifying issues and opportunities for the business and supporting follow-up actions. * Lead a team responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and logistics for assigned clinical protocols in compliance with American Regent SOPs, ICH/GCP, and company development programs. * Contribute to best practices, process improvements, and standardization efforts for Medical Affairs and Clinical Development. * Support the operational execution of innovative solutions to resolve complex challenges as needed. * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards to drive continuous learning and improvement, collaborating with the ARMD LT and other organizational leaders. * Plan and implement strategies, including budget management, headcount, and other business operations, in partnership with the ARMD LT and aligned with corporate planning functions. * Provide operational support for various functions, including data generation (Phase IV, HEOR, RWE), investigator-sponsored trials (ISTs), grants & education, advisory boards, fair market valuation, congress logistics, field operations, and other operational needs. * Collaborate with the CMO to manage ARMD activities, planning calendars, talent and culture development, and strategic events throughout the year. * Track and manage resources, including headcount and organizational structure, in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Human Resources, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. * Uphold integrity in all actions and relationships with team members, direct reports, and vendors. * Build strong cross-functional partnerships and exhibit inclusive leadership skills. Ability to influence without authority is essential. * Lead the development of goals and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives. * Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and leadership. * Continuously evaluate and refine current processes for efficiency and improved timelines for deliverables. * Ensure standardization and compliance execution of all projects within ARMD. * Coordinating with corporate PM team involving cross functional resources and utilization. * Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management. Expected Salary Range: $220,000=$250,000 The salary range displayed is the minimum and maximum annual salary range of compensation for the role that the employer in good faith believes to be accurate at the time of the posting of an advertisement for the role. Actual compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, knowledge, skills and experience.
