Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) on the development and implementation of programs and solutions.
- Support Gulfstream Universityon the execution of initiatives to deliver on the annual HR headcount plan for identified customer groups.
- Design and deliver key metrics and dashboards to identify project effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Must be available to work full time 40 hours a week in person for 12 weeks during the summer semester - May/June - August/September.
- Must be currently seeking a bachelors or masters level degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related degree.
- Must graduate after August 2025or must be planning to move on to the next level of education in the Fall 2025semester.
- Must have a cumulative 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher at time of application and must be listed on submitted resume.

- Transcripts will be checked, and we do not average transfer credits from one institution to another.
- Freshman, please list high school GPA.
- New graduate students, please list undergraduate GPA.
- Strong customer service skills and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills which includes being familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.

- Must have you own reliable transportation to and from work for the duration of the internship.
