Contract Manager (Government and Commercial Experience Preferred)

ROLE -

The Contract manager's primarily responsible is to support the entire contract process from receipt of RFQ and T&C agreements, review, pricing coordination with the Product Mangers, awards, implementation, system updates, follow up, contract sales analysis, delivery performance analysis and renewal notification.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

a.Review and enhance the process

i) Receipt of agreement

ii)Review of contract summary

iii) Track review and pricing status

iv) Monitor return deadlines

v) Coordinate pricing with Product Manager & Sales Team

vi) Monitoring response from customers

vii) Update system with award pricing

viii) Organize & track contract files

ix)Coordinating status of T&C agreements

x)Evaluating Performance (liquidated damages) calculations/exposure

b. Supporting Sales teams with contract follow up with variation analysis

c. Notification of Sales team of expirations

d. Updating and developing enhancements to the contract administration process

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Military)



  • Monitor the Post Award Performance of all DLA contracts (LTC, AIDC, IDIQ).
  • Monitor non-DLA contract performance (I.e. AAR, Vertex)
  • Contract Tracking Database Management


    • What contracts we hold, customer, contract number, contract types, start and end dates, etc.
    • Contract pricing adjustments in SL (many LTC's with the DLA have YoY escalations)


  • Process large RFP/RFQ requests for military non-DLA customer base to ID SD-SP opportunities


    • SL "Bounce"
    • NSN-Now "Bounce"


  • Capture large RFP/RFQ data and log in military (to be created) PN Matrix / SD data farm


    • We get large lists with fleets and country association, many PN's are not related to our SP's
    • We need to capture this data and build a military PN-Fleet database, could be valuable (I.e. potential SP analysis)


  • Track and report SD Military SP delivery and quality performance (from SP's)
  • Track and report SD Military delivery performance (to customer base)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE -

BS Degree

Minimum 5 years of contract/project management experience

Advanced Excel experience
