Description

Responsible for assisting Documentation Manager with matters pertaining to Amada Capital Corporation Contracts and Leases throughout the United States and Mexico as well as various clerical tasks such as preparing documents, reviewing, approving and booking orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Review & approve machine orders
  • Prepare Transfers, Assumptions, Address Changes and Extensions
  • Prepare documentation packages for contract adjustments or changes
  • Review ACC finance files for booking
  • Prepare ACC documents when requested
  • Assist with filing for Credit and Documentation Departments
  • Assist the Documentation Manager and team members when needed


SHARED FUNCTIONS AMONGST THE DOCUMENTATION TEAM:



  • Communicates with Product Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Engineers in the field as well as Sales Administrative Assistants, Accounting and Credit personnel
  • Process of any other documents as required and requested by management
  • File maintenance for e-cabinet and physical files


NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Documentation Manager and/or management.

PAY RATE: $23.00-$25.00/HR
