Overview:We are seeking a courageous individual who will challenge the status quo in our steadfast pursuit of excellence in shopper marketing, delivering strong programs based on shopper insights and aligned with our retailer's identified needs. This individual must showcase an understanding of the omni-channel landscape, with the ability to seamlessly integrate this into relevant executions. They must also demonstrate an ability to think outside of normal paradigms to achieve positive outcomes against mutually agreed KPIs. The successful candidate will support the Shopper & Customer Marketing plan creation, execution and budget management for a defined business and channel(s), working closely with our sales, marketing, category management and trade marketing functions to deliver superior solutions that surpass the expectations of our retail partners, surprise and delight target shoppers and ultimately influence their purchasing behavior. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Shopper & Customer Marketing, you will be enthusiastic, driven, and highly collaborative and able to develop and implement relevant and engaging solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong role in helping to advance our department, challenging current business processes and providing insight and recommendations that will propel us towards our vision of becoming best in class.
