Team Overview Our People Experience (PX) team leads PowerSchool's human-resources function, equipping and encouraging PowerSchoolers to reach their potential while driving business results. The PX team manages the organization's global workforce infrastructure; supports the overall employee experience; and attracts, develops, and retains talent. Responsibilities Description The Benefits team performs day-to-day benefits administration and works closely with our Talent Operations team to manage existing benefits programs. The team also researchs and proposes annual renewal changes to our leadership team. Your day-to-day job will consist of: Managing Employee Leave-of-Absence (LOA) intake for our North America employees including managing return dates, filling in required paperwork, and navigating necessary vendor relationships as it relates to LOA. Assisting the Benefits team in auditing benefits information and data sent between the People Experience team and Payroll. Assisting the Benefits team in navigating vendor relationships especially during our Open Enrollment Cycle in the fall. Maintaining benefits data & auditing for accuracy in our Human Capital Management system, UKG. Producing reports for the Benefits team. Supporting and responding to tickets from our current & former employees related to their benefits enrollments. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Excel and the MS Suite. Excellent customer experience and communication. Attention to detail and comfortability dealing with complex data sets. A desire to work and grow in Total Rewards, Employee Benefits, and Human Resources. Preferred Qualifications Experience using UKG (specifically BenAdmin and/or PlanSource) Proficiency in SQL. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
