Delivery Driver/Home Service Tech

* Delivery of product to dealerships and retail customers
* Truck/Shop inventory
* Salt delivery
* Direct investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products.
* Maintain customer relationships during the course of customer investigations.
* Communicate with manufacturing, quality assurance, sales and engineering to resolve customer complaints or issues.
* Perform field service on all Company products as required.
* Shop Maintenance
* Maintain a clean and efficient work environment
* Coordinate maintenance of work service vehicle.

* Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
* Perform any other activities as needed or as directed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines and goals.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
