Schedule Weekly Hours: 40 As a Level 2 Trauma Center, the Surgery Department is a fast-paced unit with 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms, 2 labor and delivery suites, a hybrid OR suite, and a neonatal intensive care OR suite all with cutting-edge surgical equipment. We provide a wide range of surgical procedures, including robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgeries to populations ranging from neonates to adults. The multidisciplinary team includes RNs, surgeons, anesthesia staff, surgical technologists, perioperative technicians, and certified nursing assistants. What You'll Do: 1.0 FTE - 80 hours every two weeks Shifts coverage is: 10:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday On-call rotation coverage for nights and weekends No holidays Cares for a variety of patient diagnoses while always providing patient and family-centered care What You'll Get: A team that has a welcoming environment that has created a department culture that is supportive of new and current staff An engaged team takes ownership in precepting new staff which is guaranteed to expand critical thinking skills and nursing skill set and creates a strong teamwork atmosphere Starting pay of $17.55/hour + more for experience!
