This role is well-suited for a seasoned capital markets professional who can execute within a dynamic transaction process with little guidance, and who has a strong intuition for making decisions within the deal context that align with RMC's interests. • Serve as the internal point person in delegating and reviewing all RMC deliverables and other inputs related to the securitization process.

  • Ensure accountability for all offering memorandum disclosure and serve as the primary business control point for any changes to the securitization operative documents.

  • Attend to requests from other Radian departments (e.g. Accounting, Finance, and Legal) and ensure satisfaction with other post-closing transaction-related items.

Facilitate RMC's ability to significantly scale issuance volume by clarifying, documenting, and streamlining internal processes.

  • Work with operations, legal and other RMC/Radian departments to establish formal internal processes and procedures for securitization.

  • Oversee a recurring internal meeting cadence to routinize securitization execution.

Serve as the securitization subject matter expert to RMC's internal stakeholders; and advise operations and secondary teams on loan eligibility and other securitization requirements.

  • Maintain an up-to-date view of new issuance across the space, identifying opportunities to refine securitization collateral selection.

Manage all day-to-day interactions with the rating agencies and ensure RMC is optimizing its presentation as it relates to its formal operational assessments.

Manage RMC's relationship with all securitization vendors, ensuring RMC has the most optimal vendor relationships available in the market.

Maintain tracking of securitization investor participation and help coordinate investor engagement efforts.

Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
