Pay rate | $25 - $28 per hour

Schedule | 40 hours with some after-hours calls required

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent with preferred certification/experience in landscaping, trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing), or specialty floor care; 2-5 years of mechanical experience required.
  • Strong background in building trades or related fields, with applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting instructions, safety policies, and writing reports; proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Perform timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and work order completion while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations.
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems maintenance, requiring daily local travel between properties.


Responsibilities:



  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs following work order requirements, ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Handle minor plumbing tasks, including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixtures as needed.
  • Conduct routine painting and carpentry work, such as repairing drywall, prepping areas, and matching paint for a uniform appearance.
  • Carry out minor electrical maintenance within state law requirements, including repairing fixtures, replacing bulbs, ballasts, switches, and outlets.
  • Utilize technology like tablets and smartphones to manage work orders, submit reports, and track expenses and timesheets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction, provide service estimates, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Attend safety training, complete compliance requirements, and perform other duties as needed to support facilities maintenance.
