Overview:

Our client is seeking three motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Business Development Representatives to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development, working with a dynamic team to drive growth and success. As a key member of the customer service and business development team, you will play a pivotal role in qualifying leads, driving sales opportunities, and supporting account executives.

Responsibilities:



  • Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into viable sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and emails to introduce our company and its offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales operations on creating and maintaining Account-Based Marketing (ABM) outreach content.
  • Act as a key representative of the company, presenting our products and services to potential clients.
  • Maintain impeccable documentation of outbound activities, lead management, and client interactions.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations on suitable products and services.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to drive sales growth.
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospective clients and Account Executives to move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Regularly report sales activities and results to the Business Development Manager, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Stay current with new product offerings, services, pricing, and payment plans to effectively inform clients.
  • Inform customers of company promotions and upgrades, encouraging the purchase of additional products or services.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure proper forecasting in alignment with the sales center's business processes.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, aligning account strategies to maximize client value.
  • Collaborate with partner contacts to share account insights and seek joint opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
  • Meet quarterly and annual targets as set by management.


Required Qualifications:



  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and use Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A two-year university degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Typically 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably within IT.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling and various sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, InsideSales).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Knowledge or capacity to learn the HP portfolio of products and services.
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to outbound calls, open pipeline leads, and closed deals.
