You will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll and benefits programs using ADP Workforce Now. This role involves processing payroll, managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees with payroll and benefits inquiries. Our generous benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans; paid parental leave; short-term and long-term disability plans; life insurance; flexible spending accounts; and a 403(b)-retirement plan which includes an 8% employer contribution after 2 years of service. RFUMS is committed to employee well-being and work-life balance. Full-time staff are eligible for 3 weeks of vacation / paid leave, 15 sick days, and 13 holidays plus two floating holidays. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) after 6 months.
