POSITION: FLOAT ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER

Manager, you will be working with the Branch Manager to lead and inspire a
Branch team focused on driving performance, delivering exceptional customer
experience, and maintaining a positive work environment, helping them develop
their skills and grow within the organization. In this role, you will play a
crucial part in influencing the teams' execution of the Bank strategy,
operational excellence, bank policies and regulations. You will foster a
collaborative culture that values teamwork and partnerships with internal
departments to provide a seamless experience for our customers and colleagues. By
leveraging innovative banking solutions, offering outstanding service, and
continuously deepening our relationships with both consumer and business
customers, you will be instrumental in upholding our brand promise: treating
every customer as if they were our only customer.

Key Result Areas:

  • In collaboration with the Branch Manager model, lead,
    coach and the team to develop and exceed organizational goals. Provide advisement and training
    opportunities when appropriate.
  • Consistently demonstrate and lead the team to deliver outstanding
    customer experience and create an environment that encourages the team to deepen
    the customer relationship and find solutions.
  • In collaboration with the Branch Manager, create an
    operationally strong environment in the branch, ensuring adherence to
    policies and procedures and risk/audit expectations.
  • Foster a respectful work environment and further a
    culture of inclusion by building connections using the tools of listening,
    compassion and understanding.
  • Engage with the community and encourage volunteerism
    focusing on the needs of the community as needed.
  • Perform additional
    duties as
    required.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • 2 to 4 plus years of
    management experience preferred.
  • 3 years of customer service
    experience with proven record of sales success
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work
    independently, take accountability for actions, manage competing
    priorities, and make quick, high-quality decisions.
  • Leadership, communication,
    and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse
    groups.
  • Ability to
    work branch hours, engage in after-hours events, including weekends and
    evenings, and travel to and work at other branches, as needed.
