SummaryResponsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory. Builds & manages relationships with current customers, identifies new customers and develops relationships for the purpose of selling assigned XRpure products. Performs all sales functions in assigned territory:

- analyzes territory for sales potential
- develops & implements effective sales strategies
- maintains appropriate level of territory coverage
- plans & executes sales calls
- schedules & performs product demonstrations
- manages the sales order/quotation process
- serves as a consultative resource to customers
- provides regular customer & market feedback to company

Also, candidate will be responsible for managing a distributed team of contract sales reps and will assist them by providing training, resources, quoting assistance and support. Sales manager will be responsible to bring on new customers and process associated data to get them into the Varex SAP and payment systems. Job Description
  • Generate sales revenue;
  • Achieve assigned profitability targets;
  • Build customer relationships;
  • Provide sales coverage;
  • Execute Varex sales processes;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Provide effective company representation;
  • Manage relationship with external marketing, advertising, and PR contractors; Update and maintain CRM system.

Experience Level with Business Tools

  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

Typical Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of related experience or Masters Degree with 3 years of related experience.

Ability to Travel

  • Up to 25% travel may be required.
