ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Build and execute PRI's digital strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification; continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate KPIs, insights, and best practices, and then planning, implementing, and evolving the ongoing strategy and day-to-day execution based on this data to improve discoverability; lead continuous improvement efforts for search engine optimization (SEO) and website usability, recommending and implementing enhancements to support online marketing and search engine optimization and adhering to web publishing best practices - formatting, editing, and publishing a variety of content (print and multimedia) in the enterprise web content management system; act as chief steward of PRI's digital presence, including the PRI websites, social media platforms and marketing emails.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share relevant, high-quality content that positions PRI as a thought leader, builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement; set up and optimize company pages and content within each platform to increase visibility of PRI digital content; moderate customer-generated content in line with PRI's policies and within the guidelines of each platform, advocating for and supporting PRI's brand and principles; create and maintain editorial calendars for each program and platform; collaborate with marketing and program teams to coordinate and manage content, identify key stakeholders and subject matter experts, and maintain adherence to and consistency of PRI's brand voice and online reputation.
  • Identify existing and emerging trends, digital marketing channels and offer appropriate recommendations for how to capitalize on or respond to trend. Develop and implement new processes, systems, and procedures to solve for both standard and complex problems. Analyze intricate campaigns, identifying solutions, and communicating to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing Specialist to align program goals in the development of engaging and compelling content that supports customer, member and prospect needs feeding the integrated communications plans.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or related field and/or professional qualification(s)
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, including copywriting experience
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products is required
  • Experience working with marketing technology and automation tools such as or Marketo/Engage a plus
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments desired
  • Experience managing agency relations and working with external stakeholders a plus
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, communication, and visual intelligence skills required
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to run analysis and campaign performance using a variety of tools including Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk
