What you will do:

The Global Business Support Operational lead is a vital member of the management team. Reporting directly to Transformation Leadership, this role owns and guarantees the overall business stability and evolution of the BOP 2.0 business operating platform inclusive of business roadmap and IT investment. Additionally, this role closely collaborates with the Transformation team and the various business owners to ensure a common path forward and alignment of all other transformation workstreams in the Retail portfolio.

How you will do it:

  • Develop and implement standardized business support processes within the BOP 2.0 enterprise admin teams for improved global performance, in alignment with the broader JCI's enterprise business support principles
  • Lead the business support teams governance framework, meetings cadence, priorities, SLAs and other performance metrics to deliver a high business value add
  • Responsible for synchronizing business support teams to maximize its overall effectiveness and efficiency through building and cultivating working relationships across global functions and teams.
  • Develop and centralize data integrity governance and management by developing guidelines, policy, tools, procedure and audits of data
  • Act as the primary business liaison for the Global Dev Ops teams, jointly develop platform enhancement plans to meet business requirements
  • Develop, templatize and maintain reporting catalogues and training collaterals
  • Lead CCB - change control board to effectively ensure any changes are prioritized, approved, designed and tested both systematically and from a process standpoint and aligned across functions
  • Perform License Control - ensure the teams are reviewing and auditing usage
  • Coordinate any BOP 2.0 internal audit activities
  • Manage continuous improvement activities
  • Own compliance monitoring and reporting
  • Prepare and provide regular business support performance updates to leadership
  • Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmap in alignment with Sensormatic Strategic and Operational Priorities
  • Partner with IT to secure annual funding for platform support and evolution as per defined strategy
  • Look for ways to streamline support and reduce year over year support costs
  • Coach, develop and provide performance feedback on business support teams

What we look for:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field.
  • 8 years' experience in Operations, IT or administration
  • 5 years' experience leading teams
  • Global acumen with demonstrated success collaborating and influencing across regions
  • Demonstrated expertise as a cross-functional thinker and collaborator
  • Experience and/or ability to lead in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels both internal and external and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
