Pahrump Valley Disposal, Inc., a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire a General Laborer at our Material Recovery Facility in Pahrump, NV! The starting pay will be $16.50 per hour. The pay range for this job category is $16.50 - $18 per hour. We also offer great family benefits, a 401k match, paid vacation, etc. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm. Responsibilities Include: Sorting out garbage from the conveyor Maintaining the cleanliness of the MRF area Operating the baler Operating a forklift Assuming custodial duties as needed, such as sweeping, and sanitizing Other manual labor as needed Requirements: Must be able to will work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand continually through entire 8 hour shift Must be able to work outdoors To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at www.wasteconnections.com.
