Overview
Amyx is seeking a Workforce Analyst that will implement innovative strategies and solutions to redefine how the DOE NNSA Office of the Chief Information Officer identifies, attracts, and retains top talent. The role requires cultivating external partnerships, assisting in workforce program management, conducting comprehensive workforce analysis, and developing actionable staffing plans. Additionally, the Workforce Analyst will produce insightful reports and dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making and organizational improvement.
Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Initiatives:
Design and implement innovative strategies to attract, retain, and grow top cyber and IT talent.
- Partner with internal and external organizations to explore and leverage emerging talent pools to support workforce goal.
Workforce Analysis and Program Management:
- Conduct detailed analyses of the organization's current cyber and IT workforce capabilities, skills, and identify gaps or improvement areas.Assist in managing workforce programs and initiatives that align with organizational objectives
- Staffing and Training Alignment:Develop and maintain a comprehensive staffing plan that aligns with strategic goals and anticipates future workforce needs, including training and development requirements.
- Workforce Metrics and Reporting:Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools that offer insights into workforce metrics and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support continuous improvement and alignment with strategic initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support various workforce-related tasks as assigned to meet organizational needs
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an administrative or clerical field.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and time management.
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting senior executives or government programs.
- Familiarity with DOE operations.
- Knowledge of logistical planning for events or workshops.
- Previous experience with technical drafting or desktop publishing.
