Job Objective:

Process donated goods in ARC sorting area. Follow all procedures as set out by The Salvation Army in the handling and processing of these goods. Provide excellent service for our stores, shoppers, and donors. Maintain a clean and well organized work area. Handle each item with purpose.

Essential Functions:

• Sort, tag and price merchandise as instructed.
• Track production numbers and report in the assigned location.
• Move priced merchandise as directed in the sorting area.
• Assist beneficiaries & supervisors with flow of product.
• Power sort donations into the correct bins.
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces.
• Follow all Salvation Army policies regarding the pricing of merchandise.
• Assist in keeping the area organized while working to meet the production goals for the area each day as needed.
• Move with intention & with a sense of urgency.
