Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician EPA Universal HVAC certification Valid driver's license Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Ability to travel between 3 locations: Vienna, VA, Washington, DC, and Columbia, MD (company vehicle provided) As an HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems at commercial properties. Essential duties include: Inspecting existing HVAC systems Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing system malfunctions Replacing faulty or outdated components Conducting system testing to ensure optimal functionality Responding to emergency service calls Accurately documenting all work performed Providing exceptional customer service Performing tasks independently while being adaptable to team needs Schedule: 1st shift (Monday - Friday \| 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) Pay: $35 - $37 per hour (depending on experience) Our partner company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development, and more!
