We are currently seeking a [[Staging Center Technician to join our team in [[Atlanta, [[GA, [[USA.

Overview:

Working at our main Staging Center in Atlanta, you will be part ofthe team that rolls-out new devices, repairs and re-purposes older
devices, and updates others.

Day to Day job Duties:

• Main Duties Include: Imaging, quality checking, PCrepairs, inventory tracking, and preparing new andrepurposed assets for deployment to end clients
• Applicants must have active driver's license.
• Travel between sites is rare but, sometimes required.
• Windows troubleshooting and reimaging are required
• Execute service delivery by performing Installs, Moves,Adds, Changes, Decommissions, Refresh, Hardware andSoftware Break Fix, Network Smarthand support, andSmarthand Support for Security and VDI per Managed ClientProcess and Procedure Guide.
• Coordinate with client end users on expectations,schedule of availability, and process and procedures
• Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed
• Update system of record for delivery ofIncidents, Requests, and Refresh
• Update asset management information for assetsreceiving services -Identify potential issues that couldadversely impact End User Experience or contractualobligations and assist in creating action plans as well asfollowing action plans
• Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge toremediate incidents and conduct installs
• Escalate to Field Services Supervisor issues that globallyimpact the end user environment
• Continuously improve both individual and team technicalskills and knowledge through knowledge share

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of threeyears' experience providing desktop support both inpersonand remotely
• Minimum of three years' experience installing, modifying, and updating Windows
• Minimum of three years' experience imaging desktops and laptops
• Minimum of three years experience in on-site hands-onField Services in an SLA environment
• Must be able to pass GBI fingerprinting/backgound check back to age 18 and Georgia DOR tax clearance within 30 days of hire date

Nice to Have:

• A+ certification desired, but not required.
