Acquisition Specialist I (DOE L clearance)

Harkcon, Inc. is supporting Dept of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST) and is hiring an Acquisition Specialist to work in a strong team environment at NNSA OST Headquarters facilities in ABQ, NM.

In this role, you will support the development of acquisition packages to include coordination, preparation, submission, tracking of OST's procurements for supplies, equipment, services. Additionally, you will provide customer service support to OST federal program managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and
• 2 years of related work experience is:
  1. procuring items/supplies (including market research and development of purchase request) and payment/reconciliation for private or government sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with the following government systems (preferred)
  1. iPORTAL
  2. STRIPES
  3. FAST
  4. Share Point
• Clearance: DOE L

This work will be done on-site at government facilities in Albuquerque, NM.
