Summary: The Workday Financials Reporting Solutions Architect will design and implement Workday reporting solutions aligned with business objectives, focusing on audience needs, performance, usability, and security. This role involves enhancing the current Workday Financial Reporting deployment, including Composite Reports and PRISM, and leading the implementation of new solutions such as Adaptive Insights, OfficeConnect, Discovery Boards, and Workday Hubs. Success in this role requires expertise in Workday Financials, Report Writer, Composite Reports, Budgets, PRISM, and Finance & Accounting Processes, along with an understanding of operational transactions' impact on Workday Financials. We are open to both hybrid and remote working options. However, we prefer that the person taking this position be available to report in-person when needed at our headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD. Compensation Range $144,504.26 (minimum) - $180,630.32 (midpoint) - $234,819.42 (maximum)Pay Type: AnnualHHMI's salary structure is developed based on relevant job market data. HHMI considers a candidate's education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity when making job offers.
